Addressable market of at least $1 billion. For Marketplace 1. Minimum 10,000 monthly active users (MAUs). 2. GMV growth rate of 20% month-over-month. 3. CAC below $10 with a lifetime value (LTV) of at least $50. For D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) 1. Minimum of 5,000 monthly active customers. 2. ARR of at least $100,000. 3.
